The juane is very popular in the jungle of our Perú and has different types of preparations.

EATING HABITS
Hi! I´m Letsy Odet. I´m from Perú of the city Iquitos.
In my breakfast, I usually have wheat mingado and bread with cheese. Sometimes I also have coffe and patacones with fried eggs.
For lunch we eat stew or some kind of cause, be it chicken, fillet or tuna.
At dinner as a hamburger, my favorite is the chicken burger, it´s tasty. I mostly drink coffe and bread, to digest quickly and to have no problems sleeping.
